This summer is the perfect time to try delicious food and support local business at Grove City and Central Ohio’s best mobile food trucks. Heading to a food truck is a great way to spend time outside and enjoy a yummy treat.

Here are five delicious food trucks that are worth heading to this summer.

Sweet Tooth Twisted Ice Cream

You will definitely want to check out this new ice cream truck that just began to hit the streets of Grove City in Spring 2016. Sweet Tooth features flavor swirl soft serve ice cream that will hit the spot on the hottest of days.

You can find the truck at various locations all summer including outside of concerts, flea markets, farmer’s markets, and right in Grove City behind the First Baptist Church of Grove City on certain days. Check their Facebook page to stay up-to-date on the locations of the truck!

Loops Food Truck

Perhaps you have been to one of the three brick and mortar Loops locations. If not, this summer is a great time to come out and try the delicious food of two Chicago brothers at their food truck. The truck serves gyros, hot dogs, salads, and other great dishes.

Ray Ray’s Hog Pit

The food at Ray Ray’s Hog Pit is so delicious that is sells out often, so you’ll want to make sure you go early to avoid missing out on some of the best barbecue in Central Ohio.

Ray Ray’s menu includes flavorful ribs and sandwiches including the jerk chicken and pulled pork.

You can find the Ray Ray’s Hog Pit truck on Thursday-Sunday from 12-8 PM at 2619 N. High Street. Start following them on Facebook, unless you’re hungry then you probably shouldn’t look at the pictures of ribs for too long!

Hai Poké

Be one of the first to try the delicious food from this brand new food truck with unique island-infused dishes. Hai Poké started as a pop-up kitchen at Oddfellows Liquor Bar in the Short North (where you can still find them!) and just launched their very own food truck. Try their signature dish, the poké bowl, and you will not be disappointed. The bowl is essentially sushi in a bowl, featuring ahi yellowfin tuna, sticky sushi rice, avocado, seaweed, and spicy mayo.
