2016 In Review

Wow! What a year 2016 has been here at Grove City Summit. We can’t believe that 2017 is only a few days away, so we wanted to take some time to look back at all of the fun stuff our residents had in 2016.

After the first blanket of snow came and went, we celebrated Valentine’s Day with a contest for our residents. For a chance to win, our residents had to write why they love living at Grove City Summit. Carol Grossman was the lucky gal who won the Valentine’s Day gift basket!

In early March, we were surprised by Mother Nature with a late winter snowstorm, but boy did it look beautiful! Our Community Manager, Jennifer Crager was able to capture the the essence of the snow that morning.

In March, we also had a “Press Your Luck” challenge for residents who paid their March rent in February. Kim Burke and John Riddle were the lucky residents who’s luck didn’t run out!

In July, we had another contest! This time it was for an awesome sundae gift basket, perfect for cooling down in a “sweet” way during the summer! Congrats to Richard Elchert, the winner of the “Sundae Spectacular” gift basket.

In August, we ran our Summit Selfie Contest and we received so many great selfies from in and around our community!

In December, Grove City Summit collaborated with the first snowfall of the winter to create beautiful scenery throughout the community!

Later in December, we had our annual holiday open house where we had a blast mingling with fellow Grove City Summit residents!

2016 was such an exciting year for everyone here at Grove City Summit and we’re excited for what 2017 has in store for our community! Stay tuned to our Facebook page and blog for more news from Grove City Summit!
